This policy explains what information zphy.link collects when you create an account and publish a profile, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details you provide: your handle, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional profile name, description, phone and avatar.
- Profile content you add: links, sections and their settings.
- Click analytics: when someone opens one of your links we record a count and the referring site's hostname. We do not store visitors' IP addresses or build advertising profiles.
- Security logs: when you sign in (or an attempt fails), and when an administrator performs a moderation action, we record the time, the IP address, and the browser's user-agent. This protects accounts and supports moderation. These entries are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
- Technical logs kept by the server for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run your account, render your public page, show you basic statistics, send account emails (verification and password reset), and keep the service secure.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your public profile and the links you add are, by design, visible to anyone who has your link. Email is handled by the mail provider configured for this site. If you submit an abuse report, its contents (the reported link, category, details, and your email if you provide one) are forwarded to our moderation team via a Discord webhook.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your links and profile at any time from your dashboard, hide your public page with the profile toggle, or delete your account from your settings. Account deletion runs after a short grace period during which you can cancel by signing back in; once it finalises, your profiles, links and analytics are permanently removed.
